The EU-Japan Biotech & Pharma Partnering Conference 2023 offers business contacts to industry professionals who are looking for potential partners in the Biotech and Pharma sector.
All meetings will be scheduled in advance via this online platform.
The online sessions from 25 to 29 September will have meetings arranged in the form of video calls, which can be made directly via this partnering platform without the need for any additional software.
The on-site event will be held on 10 October at the Hotel Hankyu International in downtown Osaka. Please note that sessions at the Osaka event will be held onsite only. No online option will be provided for these. Participants can choose whether they participate in the online sessions in September only, or if they will be in Osaka for the on-site event as well.
The event is co-organised by the Osaka Prefectural Government, the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation and the Enterprise Europe Network. It will be supported by various Bioclusters from Japan and Europe.
Registered users will have access to other participants' personal and company profiles as well as assets products and technologies. Organisers will review registrants' profiles and only accept them if they:
- are eligible for application following the below criteria
- fitting the event's target fields mentioned below
- are complete and allow to understand the company's purpose and its participation goals
Only those whose registration has been authorised through event organisers will be eligible to participate in this event.

Eligibility
Access to this platform is reserved for representatives of enterprises, research and educational institutions and other related organisations, that are active in the below target fields and located in the European Union, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Türkiye and Ukraine or Japan. (as of June 2023)
