In case of outsourcing some parts of this event, co-organisers are obligated to enforce secured management of the privacy policy by the outsourcee under non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

- For pre-event / ongoing communication and post-event follow up.
- For sharing updated information between the event organisers and co-organisers.
- For further communication to notify on event updates and/or other relevant information.
If you do not agree with any of the Policy, you have the option of withdrawing or modifying your personal/professional information by logging in with your personal ID and password.

当サイトからのイベント参加登録に際して得た個人情報は、イベント共催者間で共有いたします。共催者一覧はこちらからご覧いただけます。
イベントの運営に際し、その一部の業務を外部に委託する場合には機密保持契約を締結し、適切に個人情報を管理いたします。
イベントへの参加登録時に得た個人情報は、以下の目的においてのみ利用いたします。
- イベント開催前・開催時の諸連絡、ならびにイベント後のアンケート等の事後連絡
- イベント共催者間での最新情報の共有
- イベントに関する情報の連絡
各自のIDおよびパスワードにて当サイトにログインすることにより、登録情報を確認、削除することができます。
